Excellent service in every way throughout purchase of our second hand WAV.

I have had a mobility scooter for 4 years which has been previously serviced by 2 different organisations. Freedom Mobility serviced it for the first time this month and it is like a new scooter. I now realise how poor the previous services were!!

I purchased a 2015 Caddy Mobility vehicle over Christmas 2022 from Freedom Mobility at Ludwell. Will and his daughter could not have been more helpful or fair in our negotiations. Despite the age of my vehicle, Will gave me a guarantee, which he has just fully honoured, as a result of an electrical problem which arose. Thank you very much, you are a gentleman and your business is outstanding in today's world.

Absolutely fantastic place got everything you could possibly need for motability I purchased the set of ramps to put my scooter in the back of my car good service even gave me a free bit of wood definitely use again plus the fact is only round the corner from me anyway but excellent service very nice chap very helpful indeed.
